What does my pet need before a hotel stay?
Up-to-date vaccinations and recent parasite treatment, plus their usual food and a familiar blanket. Send us their vet records when you book and we will tell you if anything is due.
Can you give my pet medication while they board?
Yes. Medication is administered by our veterinary team on the schedule you give us, and recorded each day.
Do cats and dogs stay together?
No. Cats board in their own quiet wing in individual suites, away from the dogs, which have their own run and lounge space.
Will I get updates while I am away?
Yes — photos and videos of meals, exercise and how they are settling, sent to your WhatsApp.
